Clarity Meditation – The Crystal Prism of Perspective
Find a peaceful place where you can sit undisturbed. Adjust your posture so that your back is straight, and your hands rest lightly on your knees or lap. Close your eyes and bring attention to your breathing. Breathe deeply, allowing the air to fill your lungs completely and then exhale slowly, letting go of any distractions.
Visualize yourself in a vast, white room. The walls, ceiling, and floor are all pristine, representing a blank canvas or an open mind, ready to receive insights. In the center of this room stands a pedestal, and on it, a perfectly crafted crystal prism.
Curious, you approach the prism. You see that it’s not just an ordinary prism but a multifaceted tool of understanding. The room’s brightness shines through it, and as it does, it disperses the light into a myriad of colors and patterns on the walls around you.
Each facet of the prism provides a different perspective, a unique way of seeing things. These multiple views represent the many ways one can approach a situation or challenge to gain clarity.
Choose a question or situation in your life where clarity is sought. Now, project this thought into the prism. Watch as the crystal processes it, breaking it down into its constituent parts, allowing you to see it from various angles and perspectives.
As you examine the patterns and colors produced by each facet, you gain new insights. What seemed like an insurmountable problem might now appear manageable when viewed from a different angle. An obstacle might reveal a hidden opportunity, or a challenging decision might find a clear answer.
