Find a peaceful and quiet space where you can sit comfortably, away from distractions. Let your hands rest gently on your lap and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths, allowing the rhythm to calm your mind and settle your thoughts.

In your mind’s eye, imagine yourself standing before a grand and ornate mirror, its frame adorned with intricate designs. This isn’t an ordinary mirror; it’s the Mirror of Reflection, a portal to your deeper self, to clarity and truth.
