Relaxation Meditation – Embracing the Tranquil Forest
Find a cozy spot and sit or lay down in a position that invites deep relaxation. Gently close your eyes and focus on the gentle cadence of your breathing. As you inhale and exhale, let go of any lingering thoughts or distractions and prepare to embark on a journey of deep relaxation.
Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a lush, serene forest.
