Today, if you’re lucky enough to be enjoying good weather, why not try meditating outdoors in nature? And don’t worry, if the weather isn’t great, then this exercise can be done at home. Just find a quiet place to listen to the sounds of nature. With your eyes closed, imagine the long grass beside the road waving in the wind. Where does this road lead? Don’t be scared to take a look. Where do you find yourself? How do you feel?
