1. Paid traffic campaings from any media buying platform are allowed, as long as you use your own brand, landing pages, images, logos, and you don’t pretend to be the original brand. 

Search campaigns using keywors of the brand (including but not limited to “chakra awakening system, mindfulness valley chakra test, etc etc”) are NOT allowed.

2. Fake “discounted offers” or “downloads” are not allowed.

3. The only images representing our website that you can use are those under the “Banners” section. No other images, logos, graphics, from our website are allowed to be used by affiliates.

4. Blog reviews are allowed, as long as they don’t use words including but not limited to “Scam”, “Fraud”, etc etc 

5. Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of Minfulnessvalley.com.

6. Affiliates are not permitted to use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are considered non-compliant by the FTC or FDA. Affiliates must be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”).

6. Affiliates may not link directly to the order form.

7. Any violation of the affiliate rules will result to blacklisting your affiliate ID.
