Imagine water flowing through a creek, much like the energy flows through your body. There are several pools where the water swirls around before flowing on.
These pools are like our chakras, forming spiralling energy within our consciousness.
Here’s the thing. If nothing else were around this creek, it would flow pure and clear. However, life is messy, and things tend to fall into the creek.
And then what happens? The creek can’t flow!
However if we open the paths between the things, the energy flows, and amazing transformation is in order.
Each pool of energy has a purpose and can be blocked by a specific kind of emotional muck. Opening the chakras is an intense experience. And once you begin this process, your life will never be the same.
Now… Let’s begin with your biggest obstacle…
Your Weakest Chakra Is… The Crown Chakra
In Sanskrit, this Chakra is called the Crown, coming from the words Sahaswara, which means “One thousand petals”. It’s white/violet in colour and is located at the center and is at the top of your head, where the figurative crown resides. It radiates down to between your eyes and then extends infinitely upward and outward, connecting you to the energy of the rest of the universe.
The 7th chakra is pure consciousness energy.
It’s also one of those energies that’s hard to explain.
It’s like the law of gravity. When you throw an object into the air, it will land. While you can’t see the law itself, you can see the evidence of it around you.
In the same manner, invisible consciousness energy is everywhere and in everything. It connects us to the entire universe.
Achieving a balanced crown chakra is the goal of every spiritual warrior, and it’s not easy to do. You can think of it as the Buddhist concept of achieving Nirvana.
Once you achieve it, you’re not really human anymore – you’ve conquered suffering and death.
Of course, it is the journey of attempting to achieve this balance that brings us happiness, good health, and wisdom. Trying to balance your 7th chakra will align and balance your other chakras.
What’s The Block?

Because the 7th Chakra deals with your cosmic energy, it can be blocked by earthly attachment.
The more drawn you are to material things, relationships, and outcomes — the less the chakra can function.
After all, you may be thinking… Why would you let go of a good thing?
You see… The crown chakra is the seat of universal energy, it is innately infinite. In other words, you can’t exist in the material world and be overcome with consciousness energy.
And when you get to the other side, your destiny awaits.
What If There’s Too Little of It?
HUMANITY.
An underactive 7th chakra simply means you’re human.
Some people may be closer to achieving it, while others may be far away.
In any case, practicing spiritual development and balancing your other chakras will bring you closer to experiencing the consciousness energy in your crown chakra.
Unblock Your Crown Chakra
Don’t take things for granted, start thanking the universe. Honestly, being grateful is already a good enough step with most people.
There’s some simple things you can do that help your root chakra to be further revved up.
When this chakra starts getting energised, you’ll be more in touch with myself. The everyday will be touched with meaning and purpose. You’ll start vibrating at a near-heavenly level.
However, you need to remove all doubt in your head, so you can get the necessary wisdom to create breakthroughs in your life.
