Try to ground your big vision today. You may be swept up in grandiose plans, but are neglecting the details. There is a leap that must happen for spirit to manifest into matter, and the results come through focused awareness. When you want to manifest something, you must put your attention on the steps needed to get there. Today’s energy asks you to take steps that are clearly aligned with your personal intentions. This is a reminder that sometimes it takes a bit of work to open channels for energy to smoothly flow in the material world.
Move the energy of your crown chakra down through your root chakra. The crown chakra is connected to the immaterial realm of higher consciousness, while the root chakra is connected to the material world. By linking the energy of these two chakras, you become able to manifest the vision you hold into 3D reality.
Stand up straight and close your eyes. Begin to notice the sensation of your crown chakra just above the top of your head becoming activated. Notice how it glows with a swirling white light. Breathe into this chakra and then start to lift your awareness to the higher spiritual dimensions. Notice if any visions or messages come through to you. Then, feel the energy moving back downward through your crown chakra and continuing on to your third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and then root chakra. When the energy infuses with your root chakra, envision a swirling of the red root energy and white crown energy coming together. Breathe for a minute as the energies merge. Then continue to see the energy moving downward, through your legs and feet, and into the ground. You have brought the energy of your crown into the 3rd dimension for manifestation. When you feel fulfilled and grounded, open your eyes.
