As this light expands, envision it breaking down any barriers or walls you’ve built around your heart. Witness these walls turning into fine dust, carried away by a gentle breeze, leaving your heart open and receptive.

Feel the warmth of this radiant light as it courses through your veins. This is the warmth of love, understanding, and kindness. It’s a reminder that love is your true nature, an intrinsic part of who you are.

Imagine a mirror appearing before you, reflecting your image. Look deeply into your eyes in this reflection.
