Settle into a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, ensuring that your spine is straight and your body relaxed.

Close your eyes and start by taking a few deep breaths. Feel the air entering your nostrils, filling your lungs, and then leaving your body. As you exhale, let go of any tensions or preoccupations, giving yourself permission to be fully present.

Now, shift your attention to your ears. Imagine them expanding, becoming larger and more receptive. With this heightened sensitivity, begin to notice the most prominent sound in your environment.
