You are able to achieve great things in your life, especially with the wisdom of energy manifestation. Your reality is reflective of your greatest dreams. Today’s energy calls you to ground your spiritual vision in the world. By following your sacred purpose, you create a pathway for others to connect to their own spiritual knowledge. The key is letting your heart lead, for it is through this gateway that love is generatorated.
Balance your root, heart, and crown chakra. There are seven chakras and these three are the foundation points. The root is the bottom of your energy system and the crown is the top of your energy system. Your heart chakra is located right in the middle. When these three chakras are focused on in meditation, you become united in purpose.
Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Begin by noticing the warm sensation of your root chakra glowing at the base of your spine. Next, feel your heart chakra become activated and radiating heat. Then, notice your crown chakra lighting up brilliantly with divine energy. You have activated your three balance chakras. Move from your root chakra, to your heart chakra, to your crown chakra, back to your root chakra on each breath. As you inhale feel the energy moving up, and as you inhale feel the energy moving back down. Repeat this cycling process for three minutes. When you feel these chakras are united, gently open your eyes.
