The Earth takes this energy and is able to transmute it for you, keeping you healthy and nurtured. Today’s energy calls for you to feel the support of the environment around you and connect with the Earth by sitting, standing, or walking outside.

Open to the nourishment of the Earth chakra. This chakra aligns you with the magnetic core of the Earth. Being connected to it grounds you and also releases excess energy. It is very important for spiritual people to have this connection because they are prone to generating lots of energy and need a safe way to remain anchored to the physical realm.

Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Take notice of your root chakra at the base of your spine. Feel it expanding and opening with bright red energy. Now, focus your attention about a foot below the earth. Sense into the pulsation of the Earth chakra, which magnetically anchors you. Allow your root energy to be drawn down towards the Earth chakra. Breathe into this sacred connection. Consciously release any excess energy downward and into the Earth. Meditate in this space until you feel grounded and relaxed. When you are ready, open your eyes.
