Notice what it feels like to have awareness of this chakra. Does it tingle? Pulse? Throb? Pull inward? Feel cool or warm? Then begin to envision a purple energy swirling in this chakra center. Feel the tranquility this purple light emits as you gaze at it. Let it wash over you, clearing your mind, soothing your spirit, and quieting your emotions. Breathe with this energy for as long as you feel called. When you are finished, return to normal consciousness and open your eyes.
