Cultivate self-love through your heart chakra. When this chakra is open and aligned, you are comfortable with your vulnerability and feel tenderness towards the parts of yourself that are still developing. Your heart reminds you that you are not expected to be perfect; by having compassion towards yourself, you give yourself space to learn and grow.
Find a comfortable seated position and place your hands over your heart. Close your eyes and begin breathing slowly and steadily. Feel your hands warming up as the energy of your heart chakra expands. In this meditative space, release your worries and self-judgements that have been clouding your heart. Remember the importance of being gentle with yourself. Call in compassion and self-love to fill up your entire aura. Repeat to yourself, “I am worthy. I am safe. I am loved.” three times. Let your emotions flow. When you’re fulfilled, softly place your hands back down and open your eyes.
