Today’s energy gives you the jolt you need to get moving and tackle some tasks that have been on the back burner. Start with what feels more do-able and build up to projects or tasks that require more concentration and focus. Avoid burning out your energy too early and choose to work sustainably so your energy remains the entire day. Use the boost of momentum constructively and by the end of the day you will feel amazed by how much you’ve accomplished. Ready, set, go!
Bolster your motivation through your solar plexus chakra. This chakra increases your self-confidence, which makes you feel you can accomplish what you set out to do. By following through with your plans, you develop trust that you can see things to completion.
Today is a movement meditation to get you into action. Stand up straight and focus your energy on your solar plexus, just above your navel. Feel the radiating orange ball of energy beginning to glow. Concentrating on this energy, bring your right knee and left elbow together in a cross body crunch. Then, do the same on the opposite side by bringing your left knee up to your right elbow. Go back and forth doing this for a total of 10 times on each side. When you’re finished, do 5 jumping jacks. You will notice your solar plexus strengthening as your body gets moving. When you are finished, do one big stretch upward and place your hands over your solar plexus to dissipate extra energy.
