Connect to your crown chakra for guidance. This chakra is your gateway to access higher knowledge of the purpose in your life. It is important to have a strong connection to this chakra, otherwise you will become confused about your path. When it is open and flowing, you always know the next step to take.
Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Notice your crown chakra just above the top of your head becoming active. Breathe into this space. As you do, it begins to glow with a radiant white light. Feel this white light moving down your body, activating your third eye chakra, your throat chakra, and your heart chakra. This is higher knowledge streaming into your auric field. Ask this universal guidance to always lead your path and clear your vision so you can trust your journey. Immerse yourself in the sensation of being fully guided and supported as you move through life. When you are fulfilled, open your eyes. Your intuition will be activated all day long so watch for signs.
