Today's Energy:

Today’s energy is quiet, slow. It supports you pausing from all of the hustle and bustle in your life. You were not made to constantly be on the go, moving from activity to activity, like a busy bee in the flowers. Some days, like today, you’re asked to just stop and smell the roses. Practice pacing yourself and taking your time. When you move slowly, you discover the world in a whole new way. Bask in the delight of being present and mindful as you move.

Chakra Healing:

When the energy to your third eye chakra is blocked, and it’s not flowing freely, you might lack the courage to self-reflect. Quieting yourself to look at old patterns and belief systems in a non-judgmental way will help you to loosen up any blockages. Take a step back from your life and look at it from a bird’s eye view in an impartial way. Only in this manner will you be able to see self-defeating behaviours and set the stage to develop new patterns.

Mindfulness Meditation:

Take some time today to ask for signs as to how you can change negative behaviours and thoughts. Trust that the universe will be sending you these signs in subtle and not-so-subtle ways. Allow your third eye chakra to “see and notice” these intuitive hits. Now, go on a treasure hunt today for answers. Pay attention to things you hear on the radio or television or even in conversations you overhear. Notice what your eye is drawn to be it a bumper sticker, sign in a window, a book title, an article in a magazine. Go where you are drawn to go. If you’re being nudged to make contact with someone, do it! These are the ways that you will intuitively be guided to the answers you seek. Have fun with the meditative exercise.
