Observe your sacral chakra in the creative process. This chakra is how you create and reproduce. In both acts, pieces of yourself go into creating something unique. Your energy is one of a kind and your creative process will reflect that.
Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Begin by attuning to the energy of your sacral chakra and placing two hands right below your navel. Feel your hands heating up. Breathe into the warmth of your hands. Begin to direct this heat inward until you create a glowing orange ball of energy. Allow this energy to activate your sense of creativity. Feel the orange light radiating through your entire being, infusing you with energy that makes you want to take action. When you feel ready, open your eyes and release your hands. This will infuse you with energy to use your creativity.
