Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Take three deep breaths to cleanse yourself and focus your energy inward. Bring your hands just below your navel. Feel this energy becoming warm as you breathe into it. Notice how its bright orange energy swirls around. Set the intention to strengthen this chakra and have its energy be carried out into the physical world. Meditate in this space for as long as you feel called, envision the change you want to create in the world. When you feel charged, return to normal waking consciousness and open your eyes.
