Open your crown chakra. This chakra is what connects you to the spiritual realm. When it is opened and aligned, you are receptive to messages from spirit and able to hear your intuition with clarity. This helps you to take spiritually aligned action.
Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Notice your crown chakra just above the top of your head becoming active. Breathe into this space. As you do, it begins to glow with a radiant white light. Feel this white light moving down your body, activating your third eye chakra, your throat chakra, and your heart chakra. This is higher knowledge streaming into your auric field. Ask your ascended masters to always lead your path and clear your vision so you can trust your journey. Immerse yourself in the sensation of being fully guided and supported as you move through life. When you are fulfilled, open your eyes. Your intuition will be activated all day long so watch for signs.
