Sense energy around you through your sacral chakra. When this chakra is opened and aligned, you feel the fluidity of energy around you and can connect it to certain emotions. By attuning to your sensual nature, you gain emotional and energetic intelligence.

 As you move through your day, notice the subtle energy around you, especially the emotional energy that moves through your body. Focusing your awareness on your emotional state makes you more perceptive of how your energy is flowing. Purposely tune into your sacral chakra at different times today and tune into your energy. Try describing its taste, texture, color, and sounds. Notice how your energy changes throughout the day and see if you can get visual imagery for these various energetic states.
