Sit cross legged on a comfortable surface with your spine upright. Picture a string connected to the top of your head and feel this string being pulled upward. As the string pulls, feel the top of your head slowly opening. Trust that this string is supported by a source of love and the only reason for the string is to open you so that this abundance of love can enter through your crown chakra. Spend time here basking in this feeling, allowing it to merge with your energy. When the time is right, open your eyes.
