Today's Energy:

Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Begin by taking three deep breaths. Start to notice the energy of your moon chakra becoming activated, you may feel a warm or tingling sensation. Breathe into this energy centre. As you do, envision this energy beginning to drip drops of the elixir of health and happiness. It is stimulating your entire chakra system to become at ease, balanced, and harmonious. Spend as much time as you’d like taking in this joyful sensation. When you are fulfilled, return to normal consciousness and open your eyes.
