Anchor your physical body. Today’s energy encourages you to get grounded and take the time to nourish yourself. Clean up your diet, make time for movement, and appreciate all that your body does for you during the day. From showing affection to loved ones to helping you to communicate your thoughts, your body is an extension of your spirit in the physical world. Tending to it with care helps you to find spiritual alignment and be able to fully express your spirit in the physical world as you feel called to do.

Chakra Healing:

Ground into your root chakra. When this chakra is open and aligned, it is a sturdy foundation for your entire chakra system. The energy flowing through your root connects you to the Earth and provides nourishment for all aspects of yourself.

Mindfulness Meditation:

Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Begin with a slow, rhythmic breath. On the inhale, feel your root chakra becoming activated; on the exhale, see it open into a ball of red energy. Continue breathing at an even peace and extend your root chakra down into the ground. Keep your attention on this red energy and notice it forming a protective aura around your entire body. This energy is cleansing your habits that are harmful to your physical form. Repeat to yourself the mantra, “I tend to my physical body with care.” Remain in this meditative state for as long as you like. When you are fully nourished, call all the energy back to your root chakra and open your eyes.
