Passing through gateways is a symbol of moving into a new realm. Today holds the energy of initiation. You are ushering in a new beginning. You’ve done a lot of internal growth that has allowed you to access a different way of being in the world. Your consciousness is elevated and you’re ready to expand into this new role with the assurance you’ve up for the tasks and responsibilities it calls for. Reflect on how your process of getting to this point has been and embrace the fresh start with eagerness.
Gain confidence through your solar plexus chakra. When this chakra is open and aligned, you are motivated, successful, and exuberant with energy. Your solar plexus will give you the boost of energy you need to feel secure as you move forward.
Find a seated position and close your eyes. Begin to rub your hands together quickly to generate heat. As you do this, set the intention to boost your personal confidence. Whisper words of self-affirmation as you generate heat and energy between your hands. Then, place your hands above your navel. Feel the energy moving through your bright yellow solar plexus energy. Continue to say words of affirmation about how you value and love who you have become and are grateful for the experiences that opened the door to your initiation. Breathe and meditate in this space for as long as you feel called. When you are fulfilled, return to normal consciousness and open your eyes.
