Heal your root chakra. Your root chakra connects you with family. When this chakra is unbalanced, you may experience unease with your family or even tension. To smooth things over, release feelings of disconnection in your root chakra.
Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Take three deep, cleansing breaths. Begin to feel your root chakra becoming activated at the base of your spine. Notice a tingling sensation occurring and begin to see the red energy glowing brightly. Feel this energy moving down towards the ground, rooting you into the earth. Allow the stress and pressure on you right now to melt away as you continue to breathe into this space. Set the intention to maintain balance within yourself while engaging with others. Meditate in this space for as long as you feel called. When you are centred, return to normal waking consciousness and open your eyes.
