Lay down in a comfortable position with your front side facing upwards. Begin breathing slowly and steadily. Notice your crown chakra becoming activated. See a ball of energy appearing just above the top of your head, shining brightly. From this chakra, move your attention upward until you see a bright pink light of the universal chakra pulsating in the dark night’s sky. Feel the energy of this chakra flowing gently through your entire body, filling you up from the inside out with mystical inspiration. Continue breathing gently and sinking into relaxation. Stay in this meditative state for at least 10 minutes. This will give you enough time to slow down so that your intuition can be heard. When you feel fulfilled and relaxed, return to normal consciousness and open your eyes. Make sure you stand up slow and steady, you just integrated a very high frequency energy.
