Your thoughts, goals, and aspirations are all energy. They each have a specific vibration that leads to their manifestation. To truly co-create with the Universe, you must align with these unseen forces of energy. The best way to do this is through the energy centers of your physical body. Today’s energy calls you to reflect on how you are managing your own energy. When you learn how to unite your physical body’s energy with the energy of your visions, you will be a tangible force of creation in the world.
Engage your entire chakra system. To bring a vision into the physical world requires that all of your energy chakras unite. When you can consciously feel the energy of your full system, you activate infinite manifestation potential.
Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Begin to hear a low buzzing sound around you and notice a smooth hum. These soundwaves will prompt your chakra system to awaken. If you’d like, you can chant “Om” as this naturally aligns all your chakras. Envision all chakras flowing naturally with their bright colors lit up. Your entire spine will look like a rainbow, from the red of your root chakra up to the deep purple of your crown chakra. Sit with the vision of your chakra system engaged and feel these energetic centers activated in your body. Notice the smooth flow of energy up and down your spine. Spend as much time as you’d like in this meditation. WHen you feel fulfilled, open your eyes.
