This is especially important if you spend a lot of time on technology. Coming back to the back and basking in the vibration of your natural environment helps to align your energy.

Chakra Healing:

Nourish your Earth chakra with plants, flowers, and gardening. This chakra connects you to the Earth, binding you to all natural things. When you are receptive to the energy of this chakra, your well-being is enhanced by the beauty and strength of the natural world.

Mindfulness Meditation:

This meditation is best done outside. Find a place outdoors where you can relax comfortably. Stand up or sit with the bottom of your feet on the ground. Close your eyes and begin to sense a pulsing in the souls of your feet. Then notice the energetic connection between your feet and the ground. Can you sense the energy of the Earth? Feel your feet become rooted and let the Earth’s nourishment rise upward into your feet, legs, abdomen, chest, throat, head, and out the top of your head, where the energy cascades and returns to the ground. You can repeat this exercise as many times as you’d like. When you are fulfilled, open your eyes and stomp your feet a few times to clear any extra energy.
