Detachment helps you to gain perspective and clarity. Today’s energy invites you to question your thoughts. Become aware of consciousness, the silent observer that exists beyond your mental chatter. You are not the internal voice of your thoughts. There is a vast, expansive space just behind them through which you are connected to all the universal consciousness. Dissolve your thoughts and access this infinite void. Releasing the grip of your mental patterns opens you to see your true cosmic connection.
Embrace your spirit chakra. When this chakra is open and aligned, you are naturally receptive to the energy of the spirit. Mundane judgements no longer cloud your perception and you are united with a higher consciousness.
Find a comfortable position and close your eyes. Begin sinking into a state of relaxation and become aware of the thoughts running through your mind. Continue to breathe with an even inhale and exhale, focusing your awareness on the space around those thoughts. Allow the chatter to dissolve as you connect with this quiet, deeper presence within. Remain in this state of stillness for as long as possible. If thoughts come back, simply accept and return your focus to your silent observation of consciousness. The more often you do this practice, the longer you will be able to remain in this meditative state. You can always do this meditation to center yourself and become calm. When you are fulfilled, open your eyes.
