Today's Energy:

Be gentle with yourself. Today’s energy is sensitivity. The energy of others may make you feel overwhelmed, tired, and depleted. This is all right and you can plan for self-care in the evening. Feel into what will nourish your soul. Make a promise to yourself to tend to your own needs. By tending to your own needs, you replenish your own energy so you can be your best tomorrow. Take it easy and do what makes you feel the most comfortable.

Chakra Healing:

Empower your root chakra. When the root chakra is in balance, you feel on solid ground. Your needs, both physical and energetic, are being met. This is the foundational energy of your entire chakra system. By keeping it open and unblocked, you nourish the rest of your chakras as well.

Mindfulness Meditation:

Pick out your favorite soothing music and put it on softly in the background. Lay down in a comfortable position, put your hands on your lower abdomen, and close your eyes. As you hear the soft music playing in the background, imagine a ball of red light forming where your hands are placed. Breathe into this energy. Allow this energy to flow through your energy body, and as it moves, calmly sink deeper into your body. Continue to breathe. Let your mind relax. Feel the weight of your body and know there’s nothing you need to do. You are safe to rest. Stay in this position as long as you’d like. When you are ready, gently awaken your body. Spend a few minutes laying down until you have regained full awareness of your surroundings and then sit up.
