Today's Energy:

Forgive yourself for the past and trust that things unfolded exactly as they were meant to be. Today’s energy will make you feel nostalgic. You may be reminiscing on your past behavior or actions, wondering if there was something you should have done differently. While reflection is needed to foster awareness and personal growth, it is also important to tend to your heart. Clear out linger doubts, and remember that you were doing the best you could at the time. Remain focused in the present moment with confidence you have learned and are more wise for it.

Chakra Healing:

Release blockages in your heart chakra. When you hurt others or yourself through mistakes, you can unintentionally close your heart chakra. Being shut down may feel safe at that time, for it avoids the pain, but it is not a long-term solution. To truly be whole, you must allow yourself to feel the hurt, let it flow through you, and be released.

Mindfulness Meditation:

Sit in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and put your hands over your heart. Begin to notice the state of your heart chakra. What does the energy look like? Do you see different colors, perhaps black or brown? Is the energy clear or hazy? Tune into its clockwise swirling motion. As your heart chakra spins, envision all the excess energy that is keeping it stuck being removed. Stay with your vision of your heart chakra swirling and removing debris until it has become a radiant ball of shining green light. You have cleansed your heart chakra. Gently remove your hands from your heart and open your eyes.
