Today's Energy:

Today’s energy asks you to focus on being spic and span. You may notice a build up of energy that seeks to be released. This is arising from unfinished tasks that are unconsciously burdening you. Attend to the things you’ve been putting off because what’s been on the back burner hasn’t truly left your energy field. The pressure is just manifesting in other ways, and this can affect your energetic health and wellbeing if not taken care of soon. Make a to-do list and go to what needs to be done. As you do, you will feel the energy of the day lightening up.

Chakra Healing:

Use the motto “I do” and strengthen your solar plexus chakra. When this chakra is out of balance, you are not focusing our willpower in a positive way. This can lead to lack of focus, no direction, and zero motivation to get things done. To become energized, this chakra needs to be engaged through activity and movement.

Mindfulness Meditation:

Today’s meditation is meant to give you an extra boost to get things done. It will be a quick exercise so you can get moving. Stand up tall and do a stretch upward. Feel the energy of your solar plexus becoming active in your upper abdomen. When you’re ready, do 15 jumping jacks. As you move, feel the blood pumping in your veins. When you finish, do another upward stretch. Then, bring your elbow to your opposite knee and then switch to the other side. Repeat this movement 10 times. When you are complete, do one last stretch upward. You are now ready for the day!
