Today's Energy:

Time is a commodity that cannot be replenished. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Guard and protect this precious jewel called your time. When you feel overwhelmed, pulled in a million different directions, signs point to an overactive sacral chakra. As you work on bringing this chakra into a balanced state you will notice that you will gain more patience and be able to set better boundaries regarding your time. This is important for you because it lets you schedule moments of rest and self-care, while also creating time for your priorities. Release the need to over-extend yourself and come back to what matters most in life to you.

Chakra Healing:

Release built up energy in your sacral chakra. Chakras can sometimes be blocked but they can also experience the opposite effect of being overactive. Over-activity causes too much energy to be flowing into the chakra. Work on slowing down the energy to your sacral chakra in order to restore balance.

Mindfulness Meditation:

Find a comfortable position where you can be seated on the ground. Begin by slowly moving your body to calm and relax yourself. Allow your shoulders to drop and move them from side to side. Feel the energy within your chakras calming, starting from your crown chakra and moving downward toward your sacral chakra. Begin moving your hips from side to side, opening the energy in this area. Feel the energy slowing down, moving in a calmer manner. Fill a bathtub with warm water or run a hot shower. Allow warmth of the water to activate the energy of your sacral chakra. Spend some time in the water, allowing it to cleanse your sacral chakra and release pent up energy. Let your body rest, giving it all the time that it needs. When you feel relaxed and calm, exit the water.
