Today's Energy:

Today’s energy is allowing you to hold back. Don’t push or try to drive your way through problems and struggles. These obstructions may arise, but remember that everything which comes your way is a form of the Universe’s total energy. Allow negativity to fall away, to wash right over and around you as you float and bob your way through the stream of life. Accept what comes your way with gratitude and love, as everything that appears as an obstruction is just a way of telling you that there’s a different path to take. Resisting the flow of energy is what causes pain and strife.

Chakra Healing:

Your heart chakra opens when you allow energy to flow without limit. Feeling love toward everything you meet is the surest way to keep things moving and to maintain a balance between the parts of yourself which contribute to wholeness. Remember not to judge yourself harshly any time you don’t respond with love, as this is a sure way to block energy flow as well.

Mindfulness Meditation:

Today will be a movement meditation. Give yourself a block of time when you’ll be free to just take a stroll, ideally in a natural setting. Find a rhythm to your walk, no matter if it’s fast or slow, and work your breathing into a pattern that matches your pace. Be mindful of your breathing as you move along, and use it to bring your focus back if your thoughts wander. Allow your attention to rest just upon the motions of your body and your eyes to see the world without judgement. As you breathe, the sensations of the world come to you, there is nothing you need to do. Let them come naturally with the breath. When you’ve completed your walk, take a couple deep breaths and then say to yourself “I accept.”

“I allow the world to come to me without effort, in doing this I can give love upon whatever my senses report.”
