Align your entire chakra system. For optimal energy, all must be running smoothly. Your chakra system is the foundation of your entire well-being. One part being stressed can affect other parts. It is wiser to notice small changes and rebalance, rather than waiting for extreme circumstances to show you what needs your attention, which is what happens when chakras are distressed.

Stand up nice and tall. Extend your arms upward, over your head, to feel like a straight arrow. On each chakra point in your body, imagine it glowing with the corresponding color (red for the root, orange for the sacral, yellow for the solar plexus, green for the heart, blue for the throat, purple for the third eye and indigo for the crown). Feel the activation of all your chakras churning with energy in blissful alignment. Notice how each chakra builds on the others, creating a Universal connection to the spiritual realm. When you feel your chakras are all straightened and flowing freely, bring your arms down.
