There is a sense of guidance in the air today. You may be the guide or feel you are the one being guided. In truth, you play both of these roles all the time. How do you feel guided today? Guidance is not about making choices or decisions, but about listening. Listen with your ears, certainly, but also with your eyes and with your heart. Your heart will guide you by feeling what’s right and your eyes guide you through awareness of what lies before you. What you see, or fail to see, is what marks out the path ahead. Being open allows you to notice paths you might have otherwise missed.
Your third eye opens new paths for you, not by removing physical obstructions, but by realising what is really blocking your way. Often, these blockages are just the figments of our own mind: our fears, doubts, and even our aspirations. Take some time to clear away the dust from your third eye, and the right path will reveal itself.
Plant your feet solidly on the ground and hold your arms straight out to either side. Your feet should be in line with your elbows and let your eyes close. Take one enormous breath and then hold it for as long as you can. Feel the energy infused in your body. As it slowly dissipates, your lungs may start to feel strained. This is normal: it is natural guidance from your body. Breathe out, in one forceful push and feel the air clearing the path ahead of you. Continue breathing deeply, but without any more force. On your inhale, bend your arms inward and touch your fingertips to the centre of your brow. With your exhale, stretch your arms out wide again. Repeat these motions until all tension has drained from your forehead and you can feel the day’s path open before you.
“I allow myself to be guided without fear or worry, so that my path is laid before me with vision un-blurry.”
