Use your imagination to visualise someone you may be judging harshly. Do you feel the power of these negative emotions? Now imagine you spoke to this person to tell them what you like about them. Even when you are at a loss for words, repeat the qualities you admire about them. This exercise will help you accept this person for who they are. Then, listen as this individual tells you what they value about you. You can then finish the exercise by thanking them for their time.
