Grief

Today we focus on sadness. Everyone mourns differently. There are no set rules. Today, focus on the concept that sadness is actually love that has nowhere to be channelled. You grieve when you lose something/someone you love, it’s true. So you have to deal with it at your own pace. To grieve is to love and love deeply. 

It’s important to give yourself the time you need to mourn. Don’t be too strict with yourself or compare yourself to others. What may be right for someone you know may not be right for you. In time you will be able to share your love again without so much pain. In fact, if you choose to honor this heartache today and in the future, you’ll get through it a little easier.

Close your eyes as you feel a beautiful white light washing over you. Invite someone you deeply miss in your white light. Enjoy the good fortune of reconnecting with them.
