It’s about time that other people tried doing that too.
It’s time to break away in order to enjoy a change of energy and scenery. You are growing in all sorts of ways. You may feel inspired to visit a new place or country or to learn a new skill in order to change your job. Exciting times!

If the weather is fine, enjoy meditating outdoors in nature. However, this exercise may also be done in your home. What you need to do is to find a peaceful place where you can listen to nature’s sounds. With closed eyes envision the long grass swaying in the wind. You see a road and wonder where is leads. Walk along it. Where do you find yourself? How do you feel?
